Short Term Rentals
Short Term Rental Partnership
Contracts are available in Bozeman, Big Sky, Butte, Helena, Whitefish, Missoula, Jackson WY and all surrounding locations.
Share your rental calendar with us, and we will take care of the hot tub cleanings in between guests for you!
Our services include:
• Clean, sanitize, and rinse hot tub filters.
• Maintain appropriate hot tub chemistry levels (e.g., chlorine, bromine, pH, etc.) consistent with the hot tub manufacturer guidelines.
• Display and maintain documentation of cleaning and maintenance performed.
Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHSS) recently updated their policy for short term rental spa cleaning. Instead of requiring spas to be drained and cleaned in between guests, spas can simply be cleaned.
Our services follow the guidelines provided by DPHSS.
We track everything we do to clean your spa, and the records are available upon request.
